End gauges
A work place for the inspection of end gauges has been supplied to more than 60 companies and an operating software after modernization of the work place used for the inspection of end gauges to more than 50 companies not only in Czech republic.
A manual work place for the measuring of end gauges MKM-3
MKM – 3 Stand for measuring end gauges with arm positioning on a sliding guideway, including the accessories for the measuring of gauges of the dimensions 9x30 a 9x35mm, templates (special placement avoids the possibility of damage to the end gauges), holders for larger end gauges, vacuum distribution system, dust cover and other accessories.

Semi-automatic end gauge measuring workplace MKM-6
MKM – 6 massive stand for measuring end gauges with arm positioning on a sliding guideway with automatic positioning of end gauges to defined measuring points, including accessories for measuring gauges with dimensions 9x30 a 9x35mm, templates (special placement avoids the possibility of damage to the end gauges), holders for larger end gauges, vacuum distribution system, dust cover and other accessories.

Software Měrky
We use our Měrky evaluation software to evaluate the end gauge inspection workstation. The current version can be downloaded here Měrky 6.xx
Software MĚRKY v. 6.x allows measurement of sets of end gauges according to a reference set; automatically takes into account the deviations of the reference; automatic calculation of uncertainties; the user can freely change the content and shape of the output reports; two methods of measurement can be chosen - at the centre point of the gauge and the classic five-point.
A computer (laptop) running MS Windows and MS Word office software is required to install the Měrky software..
